Everybody, from the leader of Ireland downwards, seemed to be far more concerned with immigrants and their rights, together with hooligans motivated by ‘far-right’ ideology, than they did about the stabbing of small children. This same peculiar trend can be seen when looking at the fundraising efforts set up after the attack.
