“Beautiful girl.” How about Hind Rajab, the five year old Palestinian girl who was desperately phoning for help, trapped in a car with dead relatives all around her killed by Israeli forces? The Palestinian Red Crescent service sent out an ambulance to rescue her. It got to within a quarter of a mile of her before it was blown up, and she was later found dead. Just five years old. She will have been beautiful to her parents, too.
