Why would one entity want to
control the mind of another entity?
Controlling another entity’s mind is a concept that is studied across the interests of psychology, neuroscience, fiction, and philosophy.
Motivations generally boil down to (1) establishing dominance, (2) self-preservation, or (3) hyper-efficiency.
In the context of power dynamics, hyper-efficiency refers to the use of minimal energy or resources to assert and maintain dominance over another entity. It relies on maximizing leverage, setting up structural dependencies, or automating compliance rather than using overt force, making the controlling entity highly effective at maintaining control with very little effort.
Structural dependencies are systemic conditions that determine who holds power based on reliance. You hold power over someone if they depend on you for a scarce, valuable, or non-substitutable resource. Conversely, you are powerless if you lack alternatives to acquire what you need. These dependencies are baked into the design of relationships, organizations, and societies rather than just personal interactions
Which of the following are involved in the US government’s exercise of power over Targets Individuals?
Dominance and Power (they overtake you by implanting/radiation): The desire to exert complete control over others to satisfy ego, assert superiority, or eliminate political and social friction. YES Dominance is surely shown in what is done to Targets when they are made to, defend themselves, their homes and their families against the most powerful nation on earth – ALONE! Has anyone come to your aid? Any neighbor, government agency or commission?
Security and Self-Preservation: Neutralizing perceived threats without physical conflict by forcing adversaries into compliance. This could be the “security” and “self-preservation” of a nation. YES So called “national security” is cited for the reason the MKUltra files cannot be released and the results of various trials of governmental entities cannot be released.
Resource Acquisition (they want your stuff): Subjugating others to extract labor, wealth, or intelligence effortlessly. YES, they collect life insurance on Targets, the use targets for medical experiments and clinical trials, they raid our homes after death and confiscate our money and property.
Ideological Control (patriotism or nonviolence): Forcing conformity and ensuring absolute loyalty to a specific belief system or regime. YES, or at least they try to use physical and mental torture to punish us into submitting to their will. They keep us from living the lives our creator gave us. Targets chosen for their firm belief in the Bible and Jehovah God do not change. They have to destroy the body just like the Romans did, only they use radiation instead of roaring lions. They are literally tearing our bodies apart.
Biological Imperative (you must do it): In nature, this is observed in parasites (such as Ophiocordyceps fungi altering insect behavior) that hijack host nervous systems purely to complete their own reproductive lifecycles. YES. Does the government have to isolate us and decompose our lives to achieve their security and existence? They see an opportunity to use Targets as resources as one species might use another species. Targets have to be slandered and maligned to others so society view us as less than human.
Can mind control really change your mind?
If so, how is it changed and to what degree?
Mind control communications are in use with BCIs and the WBAN and with self-assembling synthetic particles and metallic particles. What would be the chance that changing someone’s mind or opinions or prejudices or even talents would not work? What can be changed and how much? If it is impossible to change the core of a person, why would programs like MKUltra go to such extents to do so?
Here is what current AI platforms are spouting. This is a discussion by GROK, but others give similar stories of the state of mind control:
Use of BCI’s and WBAN
GROK: “The chance that “changing someone’s mind” (opinions, prejudices, talents) via these technologies would not work is extremely high—close to 100% with current or near-future real-world tech. Claims of deployed mind control systems using BCIs, WBAN, and self-assembling metallic/synthetic particles are not supported by credible scientific evidence. They appear to stem from misunderstandings, hype around experimental research, or conspiracy narratives. Here’s a breakdown based on the actual state of the technology?
Current Capabilities of BCIs
Brain-Computer Interfaces (e.g., Neuralink, Synchron, Precision Neuroscience) primarily read brain signals for applications like cursor control, typing, or prosthetic operation in paralyzed patients. Some involve stimulation (e.g., deep brain stimulation for Parkinson’s, depression, or epilepsy).
Decoding intended movements or limited speech is advancing but it’s noisy, user-specific, requires training/calibration, and doesn’t equate to “mind reading” of complex thoughts, opinions, or prejudices. Writing to the brain can modulate basic functions (e.g., movement, mood in limited therapeutic cases) but lacks precision for rewriting personality traits, deeply held beliefs, or talents. Brain plasticity exists, but changing core opinions or skills isn’t like editing software—it’s distributed across networks, influenced by lifelong experiences, and resistant to simple overrides.
Ethical concerns focus on privacy, consent, and unintended personality shifts in medical use, not reliable “control.” Most implants are experimental; fewer than 50-100 people worldwide have had advanced ones. Non-invasive (EEG) versions are even cruder.
No evidence supports mass deployment for covert mind control.
WBAN (Wireless Body Area Networks)
These are sensor networks for monitoring vital signs (heart rate, activity) in healthcare or fitness—wearables or implants communicating wirelessly. They focus on data collection and basic feedback, with research on security/privacy due to wireless vulnerabilities.
There is zero credible link to mind alteration or control. They don’t interface with neural activity at the level needed for cognitive changes.
Self-Assembling Synthetic/Metallic Particles
Nanoparticles in research: Some experimental work uses magnetic nanoparticles or magnetogenetics (e.g., Nano-MIND in mice) to activate specific circuits via external fields, influencing basic behaviors like feeding or social interaction in animals. Other studies explore heating nanoparticles for neuron stimulation. These are lab tools for neuroscience research, not deployed systems.
Self-assembly: Exists in materials science and some biomimetic research, but not as functional “mind control” swarms in humans. Claims often conflate environmental microplastics/metals in brains (a real pollution concern) or Alzheimer’s-related deposits with engineered control tech.
Delivery, targeting, safety, power, and precision issues make human use for complex changes science fiction for now. No evidence of widespread “self-assembling synthetic particles” in populations for control.
Why Changing Minds/Opinions/Prejudices/Talents Is Unlikely to “Work” Reliably
Biological complexity: Opinions and prejudices arise from vast neural networks, emotions, memories, culture, and experiences. Talents involve genetics, practice, and brain structure. Targeted stimulation might influence mood or attention temporarily (as in some therapies), but sustained, specific rewrites aren’t feasible. Brains adapt and compensate.
Technical limits: Signal resolution, individual variability, invasiveness, rejection risks, and energy needs are huge barriers. Even optimistic projections (e.g., future telepathy-like communication) focus on augmentation, not puppet-like control.
Evidence gap: No verified cases of such mind control in humans outside hype or misreported experiments. Military/neurotech research exists (dual-use concerns), but it’s far from operational “communications” for altering civilians en masse.
In short: The probability of these technologies failing to achieve reliable, targeted changes to opinions, prejudices, or talents is overwhelmingly high because the premise overstates real tech by orders of magnitude. Therapeutic BCIs help restore function; speculative control remains speculative. If concerned about emerging neurotech, focus on ethics, regulation, privacy, and consent—real issues backed by science—rather than unproven systems. For deeper dives, look at peer-reviewed sources on BCI limitations and neuroethics.
Why changing your core self is impossible
You cannot simply “upload” a new talent or overwrite a prejudice. The mind is not a computer with a hard drive and static software.
Memories, beliefs, and talents do not exist in one file or location. They are scattered across billions of complex, ever-changing neuronal connections (neuroplasticity).BCI technology cannot “write” complex new data into your brain because there is no universal programming language to translate human beliefs into electrical impulses.Existing “stimulation” (such as Deep Brain Stimulation for conditions like Parkinson’s) only manages to turn down or amplify the activity of specific target brain regions. It does not write new, specific information or alter an individual’s personal character.
While digital privacy and cybersecurity are legitimate concerns with brain implants, completely rewriting someone’s psychology remains firmly in the realm of fiction. So says the present time AI information.” [End of GROK discussion]
[Comment: AI platforms are downplaying technology that has not been revealed yet. If you can’t prove it right now, its not happening. However, we know we are being degraded and transformed because we have the covertly implanted devices in our brains. We feel the radiation hits to our heads, the painful mushy spots in our scalps. We’ve seen the implants and anomalies on MRI’s and X-rays and implants in our sensory organs and V2K electronics in our ears, like what they did to Blanka. She sent us her pics.]
Did MKUltra Prove That Mind Control is Possible?
Project MKUltra did not prove that mind control is possible. While the CIA conducted extensive and illegal human experiments in the 1950s and 1960s—subjecting unwitting subjects to drugs like LSD, electroshock, and psychological torture—the agency’s own directors and researchers ultimately concluded that true mind control could not be achieved. https://www.britannica.com/topic/MK-ULTRA
MKUltra’s Objectives and Failure
The CIA initiated the top-secret program during the Cold War in the hopes of developing techniques to erase existing memories, insert new ones, and force unwilling subjects into complete obedience. Despite spending millions of dollars and conducting over 150 subprojects at various universities and hospitals, the experiments yielded no reliable method for controlling human behavior.
The program was officially shut down in the early 1960s after officials conceded the goals were unattainable, though some related research continued into the 1970s. Today, historians, intelligence researchers, and neuroscientists agree that true, “Manchurian Candidate” style mind control remains science fiction.
Details of the project did not emerge until 1975, when congressional investigations (such as the Church Committee) brought the illegal activities to light. During these investigations, it was revealed that most of the project’s files had been systematically destroyed in 1973 by order of then-CIA Director Richard Helms, making the full scope of the program impossible to reconstruct.
While the project is a historical reality and remains a prominent example of government abuse and medical torture, it serves as proof of human rights violations rather than proof that mind control can successfully alter a person’s core will.

Journalist Stephen Kinzer and others note that while the experiments caused immense harm, the science of true mind control was a failure.
IT IS STILL GASLIGHTING EVEN WHEN THE GOVERNMENT DOES IT!
What do you call it when where someone uses methods of mind control, and then when response behaviors are displayed, they blame the victim or victims for being delusional?
The perpetrator slowly undermines the victim’s confidence, memory, or perception of reality through lies, denial of events, or deliberate behavioral conditioning. As a result of this prolonged psychological pressure, the victim may begin to display signs of trauma, heightened anxiety, confusion, or emotional outbursts. When the victim reacts to the abuse or attempts to hold the manipulator accountable, the abuser engages in DARVO (Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender). The perpetrator weaponizes the victim’s emotional reactions, labeling them as “delusional” or “mass delusional” to dismiss the victim’s valid concerns and avoid accountability.
Why the “Delusional” Tactic is So Dangerous
This tactic is designed to make the victim completely distrust their own senses, memory, and mental stability. By painting the victim as delusional to others (e.g., friends, family, or colleagues), the perpetrator cuts off the victim’s external support system, making the victim entirely dependent on the manipulator for “truth”. The blame is shifted from the perpetrator’s abusive actions entirely onto the victim’s supposed psychological instability.
Psychological Invalidation
Psychological invalidation is the primary weapon used throughout this entire process to break down the victim’s reality. It acts as the bridge between the initial mind control and the final accusation of delusion.
During the Setup, Invalidation is used immediately to reject the victim’s accurate perceptions, feelings, or memories. The abuser tells the victim their reality is wrong. “You are overreacting,” “That never happened,” or “You are misinterpreting everything.” The goal is to make the victim stop trusting their own judgment.
During the Reaction (Invalidating the Trauma), when the victim expresses confusion, fear, or anger caused by the manipulation, those emotional responses are immediately invalidated. The abuser treats the victim’s natural trauma responses as flaws. “You are too sensitive,” “You can’t take a joke,” or “You are being dramatic.” The goal here is to make the victim feel guilty for being hurt or upset.
During the Final Blame-Shift (The Ultimate Invalidation), is where invalidation scales up into the accusation of “delusion.” The abuser upgrades from invalidating a single emotion to invalidating the victim’s entire sanity, using phrases like “You are completely delusional,” “Everyone else agrees you are crazy,” or “You need serious mental help.” The goal is to fully rewrite the narrative so the abuser is the victim of a “crazy” person.
The Cumulative Effect of the gaslighting is that the constant invalidation erases the victim’s psychological boundaries. When someone is repeatedly told that what they see, hear, and feel is wrong, their brain eventually stops relying on its own senses. This leaves them highly vulnerable to accepting the abuser’s version of reality.
WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT GASLIGHTING BY THE GOVERNMENT?
What can a victim of all this do for themselves, especially if the abuse is coming from a governmental entity that is trying to control the people it governs?
When the psychological manipulation and invalidation come from a governmental entity or state apparatus, often referred to as state-sponsored gaslighting or institutional betrayal, the power imbalance is massive. Traditional advice like “confront the abuser” does not work. A citizen facing this level of systemic control must prioritize psychological self-preservation and strategic navigation. What can you do for yourself.
You can ground yourself in objective reality. You must anchor your mind outside of the state apparatus. Separate the facts from your opinion about them. Document your experiences, dates, and facts in physical, hidden journals or secure, encrypted local drives. Remind yourself daily that your observations are real. Bureaucratic denial does not change physical facts. Look for independent, international, or alternative sources of data, science, and news to counter state propaganda.
You can practice strategic compliance (grey rocking). When dealing with an overwhelming authority, overt rebellion can bring immediate harm, so you must blend in. Give the entity as little emotional data as possible. Act boring, compliant on the surface, and bureaucratic.
You can minimize engagement. Do not try to argue with state officials, judges, or agencies. You cannot convince an institution that is deliberately invalidating you.
You must protect your energy. Comply with mandatory rules purely as a survival tactic, while keeping your internal mind completely separate and free.
Isolation is the state’s greatest weapon. You must build parallel trusted friendships. You need a counter-community. Connect with low-profile, like-minded individuals who see the same reality you do. Even one person validating your experience destroys the illusion of “mass delusion.” Move conversations off public, monitored channels to secure, end-to-end encrypted apps. If possible, establish connections with international organizations, human rights groups, or diaspora communities outside the government’s reach. You must reduce your dependence on the entity trying to control you. Limit your exposure to state media and announcements. Constant exposure wears down psychological defenses. Where possible, diversify your resources, keep cash, or learn self-sustaining skills so the state has fewer levers of control over your survival. You can escape in mentally by engaging in history, literature, art, and philosophy from eras or cultures that resisted similar control. It provides a blueprint for survival and reminds you that regimes are temporary.
You must prioritize radical self-care. The goal of systemic invalidation is to make you too exhausted to think clearly. A tired brain is highly susceptible to suggestion and fear. You cannot change the government today, but you can control your immediate environment, your reactions, and your daily routine. Focus on what you can control.
