Israel massacres rescue workers in Lebanon

Israel has unleashed its genocidal Gaza playbook on southern Lebanon, carpet-bombing villages, displacing 1.6 million people, and massacring rescue workers in violation of an alleged “cease-fire.”1,2

Meanwhile, Palestinians continue to starve to death in Gaza due to an ongoing Israeli blockade of humanitarian aid. Israel even attacked an aid flotilla attempting to deliver food to Gaza this week.3

In the face of these atrocities, Donald Trump is trying to sneak another $1 billion in laser-guided precision kill rockets to Israel.4

Israel could not continue its horrific violence without the continuous flood of U.S. military aid, and we’ve launched an urgent campaign to stop Trump’s latest arms shipment for Netanyahu.

Israel’s defense minister openly bragged that “the fate of southern Lebanon will be the same as that of Gaza.”5

That’s exactly what’s happening now.

Israel has displaced one-fifth of Lebanon’s population and killed nearly 3,000 people, including 400 since a supposed cease-fire began in April.6 The Israel military is destroying water infrastructure, electricity networks, and bridges, while “cutting off vital supplies and services for entire towns and villages.”7

Thanks in part to our work, a growing majority of the American people now oppose sending our tax dollars to pay for Netanyahu’s wars. In fact, a recent poll finds that just 11 percent of Americans support increased military aid to Israel.8

Now we need to keep up the pressure on Congress and demand that they stop Trump’s latest $1 billion arms shipment for Israel.
