Woman shares wildest job posting she’s ever seen and people can’t believe their eyes

Profiling is a social evil that impacts millions of American citizens every day, especially if they are black and minority. They are stereotyped and not allowed the same privileges as others in the same space due to unfounded assumptions. Tamiaa–who goes by @ta.mia.a on TikTok–went through this horrible treatment because of a salesman while she was car shopping. She was denied the opportunity to take her desired car to a test drive at a BMW store, something others were allowed to do without any trouble. Being humiliated like that, the black woman decided not to cave in. The video quickly went viral, garnering over 1 million views, with people appreciating Tamiaa about how she handled the situation.
The text overlay on the video was, “POV: I was gonna buy this car with cash today, but the salesman was being rude.” She began the video by showing the interiors of the BMW car she planned to buy. It was a beautiful and luxurious car with all the best amenities. It had touchscreen functionality, suave interiors, different driving modes and comfortable leather seats. She then broke the news, “I’m not gonna buy from here ’cause the [salesman] was being rude as f**k.” In the outlet, Tamiaa felt humiliated by the behavior shown to her. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when she was denied a test drive.
The salesman told Tamiaa she “can’t take it on a test drive if I’m not doing the application.” It bothered her as she did not think anyone else was made to go through the “application” process. Therefore, she decided not to purchase the car from that store even though she was willing to pay cash on the spot. She denied the judgemental salesman a commission just like he denied her respect. Despite such a disappointing turn of events, her spirits were nowhere dipped. She kept on admiring the beautiful car and its features. Her love for the car was evident but the salesman got what was coming to him.

Woman who adopted her little brother from foster care surprises him with the trip of a lifetime

Many people are complaining that the job market is getting bad and one may think that the cause for complaints is due to lack of jobs. While that is a concerning cause, there are many reasons why it is a bizarre adventure trying to find a job in today’s scenario. With unrealistic expectations, excess requirement of skills and knowledge, meager pay and unusual conditions, many young adults are finding themselves in a fix when it comes to acquiring a stable and genuine job. A woman named @sydhorse shared a video on TikTok revealing one of the most ridiculous job posts she came across. As she was casually browsing, the woman revealed a weird expectation highlighted under the job post.
“Just saw a job posting that said, ‘Not ideal for someone with outside responsibilities.’” the woman wrote in the text overlay. While the statement seemed confusing, she had no choice but to make a presumption that “outside responsibility” referred to a person having any other obligations. “Assuming they mean kids, second jobs, etc.” the woman added. The company was trying to let candidates know that they wanted someone whose life solely revolves around work and who has no other commitments, irrespective of what they are. “I am almost 90% sure they can’t say that,” the woman said, dumbfounded at such an unusual expectation. Job companies today have unreal demands where they expect employees to have beyond the best skills and be willing to put not just their sweat but their blood and sweat into working their jobs.

Toddler is being deemed the ‘smallest basketball fan in the world’ for his devotion to the game
|

|
Children have an air that can make everything around them lighter and more interesting. In this video uploaded by @cheeznpeezplus3, a simple basketball game got elevated due to a toddler’s dedication to the game. The adorable video featured Luca enjoying a basketball game with full focus. Even though he was just 3 years old, his commitment to the game was of such a high standard that he noticed a win coming before anyone else. His genuine joy quadrupled the entertainment provided by the game. Seeing the little boy overjoyed with the win was heartwarming not only for his family but also for millions of viewers, making the video viral in no time.
The mother gave an adorable caption to the video, “The tiniest basketball fan.” The video started by focusing on Luca as he was intensely watching the game. Suddenly, he stood up from his seat with a shocked expression and seemed excited, as if he had noted a score being made by his team. The surprising thing was that no one else stood up, cheering for the team for a good few seconds. The boy looked around for a while to see if someone had caught on to his reason for excitement. It was after some time that everyone joined the party. One thing is clear this little guy’s basketball instincts are top-tier.
Luca’s love for basketball is not surprising. Other videos in the profile show the family’s attachment to the sport. In one of the videos, Luca along with his sister, is enjoying seeing their older brother tie the game with a wonderful shot. The audience erupted in applause and Luca’s sister took him in her arms. The boy looks poised to follow his brother’s path and score a goal like that one day.
