| Donald Trump’s third campaign for the White House is off to a lonely start. Cloistered at Mar-a-Lago like a latter-day Norma Desmond, he’s facing advanced age, boredom, a slew of legal issues, and an insatiable desire for the limelight. Many former advisers — among them Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner — have fled Trumpworld. The new campaign, headquartered in the Palm Beach area (maybe?), is beginning to take shape.
