People that have just been charged (not convicted) absolutely should obviously be able to possess guns on pure due process grounds. The more extreme position (which I also support btw) is that convicted felons who have completed their sentences should again be able to possess firearms. If they are too dangerous to possess firearms, then they are too dangerous to walk free imo.
