Once again, Trump presents the state as it ought to be presented (i.e. as a glorified mafia that’s just about power and violence) which is why “liberals” don’t like him. MSNBC liberals actually support most of his policies. If anything, they think he’s not warmongering or authoritarian enough. But they just want an articulate Ivy League-type like Obama or Bill Clinton as their CEO, not a John Gotti-lite.
