A New Direction for Pan-Secession?

1990s–2010s (Old Model): one global hegemon (U.S.-led empire) vs. resistance from below.

2025 (New Model): multiple competing empires (U.S., China, Russia, EU, Gulf states, etc.) with decentralized enclaves of pan-secessionist resistance in all directions.
