British Group With Ties to Starmer, American Democrats Seeking to ‘Kill Musk’s Twitter’ –‘This is war,’ Mr. Musk said in response to the reporting. | 23 Oct 2024 | Billionaire Elon Musk is declaring “war” on a British group that sought to “kill” his X platform by using European Union regulations and legislation here in America, according to a new report. Those involved with the group that wanted to limit the reach of Mr. Musk’s platform have ties to powerful Democrats and Prime Minister Starmer’s Labour Party. According to documents released by journalists Matt Taibbi and Paul Thacker, the British anti-disinformation think tank, the Center for Countering Digital Hate, met with Democrats to discuss killing the X platform. “Kill Musk’s Twitter,” the group wrote in one bullet point of agenda items ahead of meetings with Senator Klobuchar and Congressman Adam Schiff, both of whom have been part of a push on Capitol Hill to regulate social media platforms. The goal of closing down Mr. Musk’s platform was listed as part of their “annual” goals for 2024.

Elon Musk to upgrade security after left-wing magazine labels him ‘Public Enemy No. 2’ –Elon Musk endorsed Trump after the first assassination attempt on the former president | 20 Oct 2024 | Elon Musk said Sunday he planned to upgrade his security after a left-wing German magazine labeled him an enemy of the people. Musk held a town hall discussion in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Sunday in support of former President Donald Trump’s candidacy. While talking to the crowd, Musk commented on the heightened political atmosphere as the nation approached the November presidential election. He noted he was recently on the cover of Der Spiegel, which labeled him “Public Enemy No. 2” — the first being Trump. “I’m like, enemy number 2 of what? Uh, democracy? I mean I’m pro-democracy. I’m literally trying to uphold the Constitution and ensure we have a free and fair election,” Musk said, eliciting applause from the crowd.

There are approximately 2,500 U.S. troops currently in Iraq, according to The Hill. CENTCOM said on Wednesday that the strikes and raids targeted multiple ISIS locations in Central Iraq. The two U.S. troops are in stable condition and have been transferred to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany.

After a four-second pause during which his audience enthusiastically applauded, Biden added in an apparent backtrack attempt: “politically, lock him up — lock him out, that’s what we’ve got to do.”

Trump attacks ‘dumb war hawk’ Cheney | 21 Oct 2024 | Former U.S. President Donald Trump has hammered Kamala Harris for campaigning with Liz Cheney, a prominent neoconservative whom Trump accused of wanting “to go to war with every Muslim country known to mankind.” Cheney, a former member of Congress and the daughter of former [neocon dirt-bag] Dick Cheney, endorsed Harris last month, and will tour the swing states of Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin this week in a bid to drum up establishment Republican support for the Democratic nominee. Michigan is home to around 250,000 Arab-Americans, who reportedly favor Trump, due to their opposition to Harris’s position on the Israel-Hamas war. In a post on his Truth Social platform on Monday, Trump predicted that Ms. Cheney’s appearance will further infuriate the cohort. “Arab Voters are very upset that Comrade Kamala Harris, the Worst Vice President [sic] in the History of the United States and a Low IQ individual, is campaigning with ‘dumb as a rock’ War Hawk, Liz Cheney, who, like her father, the man that pushed Bush to ridiculously go to War in the Middle East, also wants to go to War with every Muslim Country known to mankind,” he wrote.

Bannon is currently serving his four-month sentence in a Connecticut federal prison handed down in response to his contempt of Congress conviction. Harris “has done nothing to implement President Trump’s heroic First Step Act, in fact welcoming hundreds of thousands of hardened illegal migrant criminals while allowing U.S. citizens eligible for early release to rot in prison. No mass deportations, but continual mass incarcerations,” he continued. A motion to reimpose bail or a period of supervised release was filed on August 29. The government’s response has been pending for over 75 days.

Handwriting analysis expert catches Cassidy Hutchinson in apparent false testimony | 21 Oct 2024 | Handwriting analysis of a tweet draft is the latest piece of evidence contradicting the testimony of star Jan. 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson who has come under fire from House Republicans for her role in the investigation led by the Democratic-controlled Jan. 6 Select Committee. In her public testimony before the special committee in June 2022, Hutchinson told Congress, under oath, that she wrote the note for a proposed tweet as her boss, President Donald Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, and Eric Herschmann, a personal attorney to Trump, dictated it to her. Immediately after her public testimony, Herschmann disputed Hutchinson’s claim, according to the House Republicans. Now, the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight said it ordered a handwriting analysis from an expert who determined was consistent with Herschmann’s writing, not Hutchinson’s.

Donald Trump trolls Kamala Harris by working the McDonald’s drive-thru outside Philadelphia | 20 Oct 2024 | Donald Trump passed through the golden arches and got behind the fryer at a McDonald’s in the Philadelphia suburbs — in a move designed to troll Kamala Harris. “I’m looking for a job. And I’ve always wanted to work at McDonald’s but I never did,” Trump said as he introduced himself to franchise owner Derek Giacomantonio. “I’m running against somebody that said she did, but it turned out to be a totally phony story.” “So, if you don’t mind, I want to work the French fry counter. How much are you paying me?” the billionaire ex-president said with a laugh. Trump then proceeded to put on a black and yellow apron and learn the process of making French fries at the Bucks County, Pennsylvania, restaurant. Trump also took a turn at the drive-thru counter — catering to a handful of prearranged “customers” who were supporters. Trump said the meals were taken care of, which speeded processing. “I’m having a lot of fun here, everybody,” he declared.

Furious residents say they no longer feel safe in the once-sleepy downtown, and their kids are being muscled out of the schools by new students who don’t know English and need a lot of help. They blame Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. “Do something. Our community cannot withstand this many people being here,” Candice Espinoza, 32, a local photographer, told The Post when asked what her message would be to the Democratic presidential candidate. Nancy Baker, 44, a mother of two, was more blunt about what she would tell Harris: “Get off my property.” It’s not entirely clear how many migrants have arrived in Logansport — but Cass County Health Department Administrator Serenity Alter told The Post that the surrounding area’s population has surged nearly 30%.

No-bid migrant contractor DocGo’s successor reaped $450M in NYC taxpayer m-ney | 18 Oct 2024 | A disaster response company that replaced the controversial DocGo as a migrant services provider for New York City has cost taxpayers more than 450 million over the last year, The Post has learned. Councilman Justin Brannan (D-Brooklyn) called on the city and state comptrollers to investigate Garner Environmental Services’ contract in a scathing Thursday letter exclusively obtained by The Post. Garner had previously inked a 30 million emergency services standby contract with the city. When City Hall ended its 432 million no-bid contract with DocGo in May after months of backlash, it handed the troubled company’s responsibilities for sheltering the city’s tens of thousands of migrants to Garner. But Brannan, the council’s finance committee chair, who’s running for city comptroller, argued that Garner has reaped nearly 457 million, according to city records — more than DocGo’s widely criticized 432 million contract — and without being meaningfully audited and scrutinized.

The analysis was conducted by the campaign of Gina Arena, the Republican candidate in the 40th state Senate district in the lower Hudson Valley, based on the average 7,000 state income tax bill for New Yorkers in 2022.
