🇱🇧🇮🇱 Israel has sent troops into Lebanon, beginning the next phase of its war against Hezbollah. Israeli military officials called the invasion “limited” and “targeted”, but for all intents and purposes, the war has gone from the air to the ground in a matter of days.
🇺🇦🍂 Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has stressed how difficult its frontline situation with Russia is at present. With the latter pressing hard to capture the town of Vuhledar, Zelensky said that Ukraine needs to do everything it can during autumn to push back the Russians.
🇰🇵🇺🇸 North Korea has stated that it is totes finished with personal diplomacy with the US. Pyongyang’s UN ambassador said on Monday that Supreme Leader would only deal with the US as a state, regardless of who wins the US presidential election. No word on whether Dennis Rodman was out of the picture yet, however.
✈️🕹️The US National Transportation Safety Board has warned that up to 40 foreign airline operators could be using faulty rudder components on their Boeing 737s. Because what Boeing really needs now is another safety issue with its aircraft…
