It’s interesting how both sides in the “culture war” accuse each other of “fascism.” I guess that’s what happens when the discourse is dominated by neocons (right-wing Trotskyists) and neoliberals (right-wing Marcuseans).

  1. It is a very valid point that people are “discovering” brand new reasons to be ‘offended’ by very, very old things. It is for that reason that I usually, even almost always, laugh at people who are suddenly discovering new reasons to get ‘offended’.

    • Some dead guy said some dumb thing and everyone loses their shit, the olympics destroy the economy of most countries they go in, and everyone “They have a black woman as their vice president, the IOC is so progressist.” Honestly, you would think that the IOC would be one of the first things to be cancelled, with its history…
