1. “Nazi” is simply the current term the Left uses to refer to anyone who is not sufficiently left.

   • I’m not quite sure, but this may fall under the critical theory category of negative duality. Anything not sufficiently anti-something is grouped with that something, for the purpose of deconstructing that something.

   • Yeah, I think it’s clear that the best route for libertarians to take is to simply be libertarians and not try to pander to the left or right, particularly not in today’s political climate. I have found in the past that when I have tried to ally ATS with either the left or right, the results have at best been mediocre. What I generally say is that people should read the ATS statement of purpose, which takes about 20 minutes to read. If they agree with a majority of the ideas expressed, then they’re in the club and can be “ATS associates.” Even if they favor the general pan-decentralist, pan-subcultural paradigm but disagree with most of the specifics, we can still work with them and they can be “ATS tactical allies.” Based on the response I get I would say about 40% of our readers/followers are somewhere on the very broad left-libertarian/left-anarchist/left-decentralist spectrum. Another 30% are right libertarians, anarchists, or decentralists of some kind. The other 30% are all over the place, from Marxists to fascists to Islamists to evangelicals, Catholics, conspiracy theorists, Nazbols, Shia, Evolans, paleocons, preppers, social democrats, and virtually everything else.
