Iceland: Saudi Arabia of the Left?

For some time I have argued that the feminazi/therapeutist Left is every bit as much an enemy of sex worker rights as the Religious Right. This more or less proves my point. Emma Goldman said way back during the pre-suffrage era that this is what you would eventually get if you gave middle class liberal and socialist women the vote. Down with democracy! Aristocracy, forever!

    Looks like Stirner was onto something:

    “He does not, indeed, share the Philistine’s moral prejudice about the strumpet, but “that this woman turns her body into a money-getting machine” makes her despicable to him as “human being.” His judgment is, the strumpet is not a human being; or, so far as a woman is a strumpet, so far is she unhuman, dehumanized.”

    Alter the gender of the pronouns and it slots neatly into context.

    On the bright side, Iceland doesn’t have to worry about global warming, what with its Feminazi Brigade making it all the more frigid…..

  4. I notice that nowhere did anyone say a goddamn thing about what these women are supposed to do instead. I know it’s a pretty cliche thing to say, but I’d be a lot more inerested in getting women out of the degrading business of working at, like, McDonald’s.

    Good to hear from you again.

    My sentiments exactly. It’s like defending workers’ rights by outlawing work and employment or shutting down factories.

    Actually, this kind of stuff is just a smokescreen. In countries like Sweden, the same kinds of interests push for these kinds of laws as in the U.S. e.g. business, real estate, professional and other interests whose class, status, employment or other interests are in conflict with those of sex workers (I really don’t like that term, too PC). The police, middle class residential property-owners, yuppie-oriented businesses, etc.

    The only difference is that instead of wrapping it up in religion, morality, public health, or fighting crime they use feminist-sounding rhetoric instead. Of course, there’s the additional factor of the political influence of feminazis motivated by misandry and who regard prostitutes and other sex workers as traitors who collaborate with the phallocracy. Many of them have actually told me that in private conversation.
